• Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-9.30pm
• Monday, Thursday and Friday 6.30am (pool and fitness suite only)
• Saturday 9am-4.30pm

Facilities

Montrose Swimming Pool consists of a 25m by 12.5 metre 5 lane swimming pool with diving boards, a 16-station fitness suite and a health suite consisting of a steam room and sauna.

Activities catered for are pool parties, swimming lessons (children and adults), Angus gold club Wednesday mornings and we hold regular water aerobic classes in the pool and circuit classes in the fitness suite on a weekly basis.
